Evet, çok sık güvenlikle alakalı sıkıntısı olduğunu duydum ve ben vivadli browser a geçtim tavsiye ederim hatta şu an gx gibi görünmesini sağlayan bir mod kullanıyorum isterseniz nasıl yapıldığı ile alakalı bir rehber hazırlayabilirim

Opera'nın web tarayıcısı geliştirme kısmının Çinli bir grup yatırımcıya satılmış olduğu doğrudur fakat bu güvenli olmadığı anlamına gelmez.
Çin malı = Güvenilmez, kötü diye bir şey de yoktur, Bu milletimizin gereksiz ön yargısından kaynaklanıyor maalesef. Opera hala Norveçte konumlanmaktadır ve Norveç'in (Dünyanın en iyi gizlilik yasalarından birine sahiptir kendileri) Gizlilik Yasalarına uymak zorundadır.

Yukarıda belirttiğim gibi, eğer bu hatayı sadece bir kere aldıysan bu dediğimi doğruluyor zaten.

Kendiliğinden VPN ve reklam engelleyicili bir tarayıcı bilmiyorum ama Vivaldi, Chrome, Edge tarayıcılarında eklenti olarak alabiliyorsunuz. Eğer bu tarayıcılardan eklenti alacaksanız reklam engelleyici olarak uBlock Origin, VPN olarak Touch VPN önerebilirim.
