Steam hesabım çalındığından bu faceit hesabımı kapatıp yenisini açmak istiyorum. Faceit Desteğe hesabımı kapatmaları için yazdım fakat daha önceden desteğe yazdığım bir mesaj yüzünden yenisini yazamıyorum ve yazdığım destek mesajına bir yanıtta gelmedi hesabı kapatmak için önceki ticket'ı kapatmam gerektiğini söylüyor.
