Fakat didn't'ta geçmişi belirtiyor ve çift geçmiş zaman kullanmış oluyoruz. İsn't'ta ise bu durum geçerli değil.

Ben de öyle düşünmüştüm, senin gibi yazdım ama emin olmak için internete yazdığımda farklı çıktı ve düzenledim. Şimdi yeniden baktım da ikisi farklı durumlarda doğru oluyormuş:

Eskiden yapmadığımız bir eylemi belirtirken didn't use to, duruma alışkın olmama gibi bir durumda isn't/aren't used to kullanılıyor sanırım. Bu cümlelerde dediğin doğru oluyor.

Ayrıca "used to" çift anlamlı bahsettiğiniz anlamların dışında alışkın olmak anlamı taşıyor ve arkadaşın okulunda şu anda hangi konuda olduğuna göre cevap değişir diye düşünüyorum.
