hosts.ics dosyasını değiştiremiyorum

Kaspersky host dosyamı tehdit olarak algılıyor. Her taramada silmeme rağmen gitmiyor bu dosya. İçini incelediğimde crack ve hile sitelerinin IP adresleri bulunuyor. Siliyorum fakat kaydet dediğim zaman Admin izni olmadan bu işlemi yapamazsınız diyor. Bu sorunu nasıl çözebilirim?

Güvenli mod'a girip o hosts.ics nin içindeki yazıları sil. Ve internetten default hosts.ics dosyası içeriğini kopyala yapıştır. / Yinede format atmak sana kalmış ama Bilgisayarında şuan virüs olduğunu bil.
